El Gobierno de los EE.UU, mediante la administración de Biden, ha estado implicado de forma directa en el genocidio contra el pueblo palestino. A los más de 3.800 millones que EE.UU destina anualmente al ejército de “Israel”, se suman 22.760 millones de dólares para financiar el genocidio sólo durante el primer año desde el 7 de octubre de 2023.

La situación para Palestina no hace más que agravarse. El nuevo presidente de los EE.UU, Donald Trump, ha anunciado públicamente su “Solución Final“ de desplazar forzosamente y para siempre a todos los palestinos de Gaza, hacerse cargo del control del enclave, y construir hoteles creando la “Riviera de Oriente Medio”, amenazando incluso con utilizar su ejército. Mientras, en Cisjordania la represión se intensifica con ataques diarios a los campamentos de refugiados, asesinatos, detenciones arbitrarias y una creciente política de apartheid.

EE.UU e “Israel” son dos monstruos que se retroalimentan. La maquinaria de guerra israelí no podría sostenerse sin el respaldo total de Estados Unidos, su mayor cómplice y financiador. Con miles de millones de dólares en ayuda militar, armas y cobertura diplomática, Washington garantiza la impunidad de “Israel”. La masacre en Gaza y la represión en Cisjordania son posibles porque Estados Unidos las arma, las financia y las protege. Washington no sólo sostiene el genocidio, sino que protege a “Israel” de la rendición de cuentas. La presión internacional sobre EE.UU es clave para detener el genocidio y acabar con la impunidad de “Israel”, su proyecto colonialista y restablecer una Palestina libre.

Tenemos presente que el exterminio y la ocupación de Palestina son parte del plan más amplio de Estados Unidos de subyugar al resto del planeta. Esta dominación mundial se amplifica por el avance del fascismo global respaldado por el gobierno de Trump y Musk con sus masivas deportaciones de personas a Latinoamérica; y se sostiene mediante la destrucción del planeta causada por un sistema que sustenta su hegemonía en el expolio y la devastación ambiental. La máxima expresión de este plan de subyugación es el exterminio del pueblo palestino. Queda patente que la responsabilidad de frenar este genocidio y el auge del fascismo recae sobre la sociedad, que debe levantarse unida, reforzando los lazos de solidaridad entre las luchas y los pueblos. La unidad y la defensa de la existencia del pueblo palestino, así como de su entidad nacional frente a los intentos de su eliminación, son fundamentales. Del mismo modo, el respaldo a su representación legítima resulta esencial para enfrentar esta ofensiva colonial y garantizar que la lucha avance con fuerza y sin fisuras. El movimiento de liberación palestino es parte del movimiento internacional contra el sistema explotador y extractivista que prioriza el lucro por encima del bienestar de las personas.

Por tanto hacemos un llamamiento internacional, junto con el resto de ciudades ya sumadas, a la acción de protesta que a continuación se detalla:

OBJETIVO

Señalar al Gobierno de los EE.UU por su implicación directa en el genocidio del pueblo palestino, y frenar la aberrante “solución final” que Trump propone para Gaza.

EXPLICACIÓN DE LA ACCIÓN

a) Realizar una acción de protesta frente a cualquier representación política o militar de los EE.UU en tu país/localidad que colabore con el genocidio. Además, también frente a cualquier empresa americana que colabore con el genocidio

b) El tipo de protesta será elegida por cada organización local que decida adherirse a esta acción. Pueden ser manifestaciones, concentraciones, cadenas humanas, performance, etc. En España la acción se realizará ante la Embajada, consulados, bases y empresas cómplices de EE.UU.

c) La acción se realizará el 11 y 12 de abril de 2025.

EXIGENCIAS DE LA ACCIÓN

– El fin inmediato del genocidio en Gaza y de la ocupación de Palestina.

– La ruptura de relaciones diplomáticas, comerciales y militares tanto con EE.UU como con “Israel”

– El fin de la financiación y el suministro de armas a “Israel”

– La rendición de cuentas y el enjuiciamiento de los responsables de crímenes de guerra y lesa humanidad.

– El señalamiento y procesamiento de los políticos, militares y empresarios estadounidenses responsables y cómplices de este genocidio.

The U.S. government, through the Biden administration, has been directly involved in the genocide against the Palestinian people. In addition to the more than $3.8 billion that the U.S. allocates annually to the “Israeli” military, an additional $22.76 billion has been provided to finance the genocide in just the first year since October 7, 2023.

The situation for Palestine continues to deteriorate. The new U.S. president, Donald Trump, has publicly announced his “Final Solution” to forcibly and permanently displace all Palestinians from Gaza, take control of the territory, and build hotels to create the “Riviera of the Middle East”, even threatening to use the U.S. military. Meanwhile, in the West Bank, repression is intensifying with daily attacks on refugee camps, assassinations, arbitrary detentions, and an escalating apartheid policy.

The U.S. and “Israel” are two monsters that feed off each other. The “Israeli” war machine could not sustain itself without the full support of the United States, its greatest accomplice and financier. With billions of dollars in military aid, weapons, and diplomatic cover, Washington ensures “Israel’s” impunity. The massacre in Gaza and the repression in the West Bank are possible because the U.S. arms, funds, and protects them. Washington not only sustains the genocide but also shields “Israel” from accountability. International pressure on the U.S. is key to stopping the genocide, ending “Israel’s” impunity and colonial project, and restoring a free Palestine.

We recognize that the extermination and occupation of Palestine are part of the broader U.S. plan to subjugate the rest of the world. This global domination is amplified by the rise of global fascism, backed by the Trump-Musk administration with its massive deportations of people to Latin America, and it is sustained through the planet’s destruction by a system that upholds its hegemony through plunder and environmental devastation. The ultimate expression of this subjugation plan is the extermination of the Palestinian people. It is clear that the responsibility to stop this genocide and the rise of fascism falls on us—the people—who must rise up together, strengthening solidarity between struggles and nations. Unity and the defense of the existence of the Palestinian people, as well as their national identity against attempts to erase them, are fundamental. Likewise, support for their legitimate representation is essential to confront this colonial offensive and ensure that the struggle advances with strength and without divisions. The Palestinian liberation movement is part of the international movement against the exploitative and extractivist system that prioritizes profit over people’s well-being.

Therefore, we make an international call, along with the other cities that have already joined, to the protest action detailed below:

OBJECTIVE

To hold the U.S. government accountable for its direct involvement in the genocide of the Palestinian people and to stop the abhorrent «final solution» that Trump proposes for Gaza.

EXPLANATION OF THE ACTION

a) Carry out a protest action in front of any political or military representation of the U.S. in your country/localty that collaborates with the genocide. Additionally, protest can also take place in front of any American company that collaborates with the genocide.

b) The type of protest will be chosen by each local organization that decides to join this action. These may include demonstrations, gatherings, human chains, performances, etc.

c) The action will take place on April 11th and 12th 2025.

DEMANDS OF THE ACTION

– The immediate end to the genocide in Gaza and the occupation of Palestine

– The severance of diplomatic, commercial, and military ties with the U.S. and «Israel«

– The end of financing and supplying weapons to «Israel«

– Accountability and prosecution of those responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity

– The identification and prosecution of U.S. politicians, military personnel, and business leaders for their responsibility and complicity in the genocide of the Palestinian people

حكومة الولايات المتحدة، من خلال إدارة بايدن، متورطة بشكل مباشر في الإبادة الجماعية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني. بالإضافة إلى أكثر من 3.800 مليون دولار التي تقدمها الولايات المتحدة سنويًا لجيش «إسرائيل»، تمت إضافة 22.760 مليون دولار لتمويل الإبادة الجماعية خلال العام الأول فقط منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023.

الوضع في فلسطين يزداد سوءًا. الرئيس الجديد للولايات المتحدة، دونالد ترامب، أعلن علنًا عن «الحل النهائي» الذي يتمثل في التهجير القسري والدائم لجميع الفلسطينيين من غزة، والسيطرة على القطاع، وبناء فنادق لإنشاء «ريفييرا الشرق الأوسط»، مهددًا حتى باستخدام جيشه. في الوقت نفسه، تتصاعد وتيرة القمع في الضفة الغربية، حيث تتعرض المخيمات الفلسطينية يوميًا لهجمات عنيفة تشمل القتل والاعتقالات التعسفية، إلى جانب تصعيد مستمر لسياسات الفصل العنصري.

الولايات المتحدة و»إسرائيل» وحشان يغذيان بعضهما البعض. فلا يمكن لماكينة الحرب الإسرائيلية أن تستمر دون الدعم المطلق من الولايات المتحدة، التي تعدّ شريكها وممولها الأكبر. إذ توفر واشنطن مليارات الدولارات في صورة مساعدات عسكرية وأسلحة ودعم دبلوماسي، مما يضمن لـ»إسرائيل» الإفلات من المحاسبة. المجزرة في غزة والقمع في الضفة الغربية ممكنان فقط لأن الولايات المتحدة تسلّح، وتموّل، وتحمي هذه الجرائم. واشنطن لا تدعم الإبادة الجماعية فحسب، بل تحمي «إسرائيل» من المساءلة. الضغط الدولي على الولايات المتحدة هو المفتاح لوقف الإبادة الجماعية، وإنهاء إفلات «إسرائيل» من العقاب، ومواجهة مشروعها الاستعماري، واستعادة فلسطين الحرة.

نحن ندرك أن الإبادة والاحتلال في فلسطين هما جزء من الخطة الأوسع للولايات المتحدة لإخضاع بقية العالم. هذا الهيمنة العالمية تتعزز بصعود الفاشية العالمية، المدعومة من إدارة ترامب-ماسك بترحيلها الجماعي للناس إلى أمريكا اللاتينية، وتستمر من خلال تدمير الكوكب بواسطة نظام يرسخ هيمنته عبر النهب والتخريب البيئي. إن التعبير الأقصى عن هذا المخطط الاستعماري هو إبادة الشعب الفلسطيني. من الواضح أن مسؤولية وقف هذا الإبادة الجماعية وصعود الفاشية تقع على عاتقنا نحن الشعوب، الذين يجب أن ننهض معًا، معززين أواصر التضامن بين النضالات والشعوب. إن الوحدة والدفاع عن وجود الشعب الفلسطيني، وكذلك عن هويته الوطنية في مواجهة محاولات محوه، أمران أساسيان. وبالمثل، فإن دعم تمثيله الشرعي يعد ضروريًا لمواجهة هذا الهجوم الاستعماري وضمان تقدم النضال بقوة ودون انقسامات. إن حركة التحرير الفلسطينية هي جزء من الحركة الدولية المناهضة للنظام الاستغلالي والاستخراجي الذي يضع الأرباح فوق رفاهية الشعوب.

لذلك، نطلق نداءً دوليًا، إلى جانب باقي المدن التي انضمت بالفعل، للمشاركة في الفعل الاحتجاجي المفصل أدناه:

الهدف

تسليط الضوء على تورط حكومة الولايات المتحدة المباشر في الإبادة الجماعية للشعب الفلسطيني، وإيقاف «الحل النهائي» المشين الذي يقترحه ترامب لغزة.

توضيح الفعل الاحتجاجي

أ) نفّذوا عملاً احتجاجيًا أمام أي جهة سياسية أو عسكرية تابعة للولايات المتحدة في بلدكم/منطقتكم تتعاون مع الإبادة الجماعية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن أن يشمل الاحتجاج أيضًا أي شركة أمريكية تتواطأ في هذه الإبادة الجماعية.

ب) يترك لكل منظمة محلية تقرر الانضمام إلى هذا الفعل تحديد شكل الاحتجاج، سواء كان مظاهرات، تجمعات، سلاسل بشرية، عروض احتجاجية (performance)، إلخ.
ج) في إسبانيا، ستقام الاحتجاجات بشكل رئيسي أمام القواعد العسكرية الأمريكية في مورون وروتا، وأمام السفارة الأمريكية في مدريد، والقنصليات المختلفة في برشلونة، فالنسيا، إشبيلية، ملقة، ولاس بالماس.
